Managing the Covid-19 virus in our organizations is essential to everyone's well being. This interactive meeting focuses on what we can do and what our members are doing to protect our employees during this pandemic. Susan Hodges, Esq., of Parker McCay, will discuss whether as an employer can require employees to be vaccinated. Her presentation will be followed by an in depth Q&A. Next, two employers, Hope Hurley, Human Resource Leader at Thorlabs, and our very own Allison Sisto, HR Generalist at Hunterdon Healthcare, and Arine Kegolis, HR Generalist at Hunterdon Healthcare, will discuss their health and safety practices instituted to protect their employees from Covid. It too will be followed by an in depth Q&A in which participating members will be invited to share their company's practices as well. HRCI and SHRM credits will be offered for this program.

Susan Hodges, Esq., is a Law and Employment Attorney with Parker McCay, P.A., with over 20 years experience in the legal field. Susan graduated from Rutgers Law School and prior to joining Parker McCay was a Member of the Firm and Partner at Schwartz Edelstein Law Group, and Partner at Archer & Greiner P.C. Susan loves practicing law and serving as a trusted advisor to the private and public sectors, making the most of her networking skills and immersing herself in the intricacies and complexities of businesses of all shapes and sizes. 

Hope Hurley, Human Resource Leader at Thorlabs, brings a BS in HR Management from Kings College, and prior to joining Thorlabs was the Global HR Director of ABEC, and VP of HR at Systech International. Hope's strengths include Strategic Planning, Organizational Culture, Talent and Employment, Performance and Development, and Employee Relations.

Ariane Kegolis, HR Generalist with Hunterdon Healthcare began her career at Hunterdon Healthcare as an HRIS Assistant and has been an HR Generalist since 2010. She earned her BS's degree in Human Resources Management from King’s College and her MBA from DeSales University. Ariane received her SHRM-CP in 2017. Ariane brings strengths in Benefits and HR Analysis.

Allison Sisto, HR Generalist with Hunterdon Healthcare, began her career at Hunterdon Healthcare in as an HR Representative. She's worked as an HR Analyst and a Benefits Specialist before moving into the HR Generalist position in 2017. She earned her BS in Business Administration and Human Resources Management and her master’s degree from Rider University. Allison received her SHRM-CP in 2018. Allison brings skills in hospitals and healthcare, Labor Relations, Management, FMLA, Kronos, and Interviewing.
