Session Title:
Make Shift Happen: The Science and Power of Reframing for Today’s Workplace

Session Description:

In today’s fast-paced and often high-pressure workplace, HR professionals are not only managing policies and processes, but they are also navigating people, emotions, change, and uncertainty. The ability to help employees and leaders shift their mindset is no longer a “soft skill,” it is a strategic advantage.

In this engaging and evidence-informed session, Andrew Donofrio introduces the science and application of cognitive reframing: the ability to consciously shift how we interpret challenges, stress, and change. Drawing from psychology, neuroscience, and real-world leadership experience, this session equips HR professionals with practical tools to help individuals and teams move from reactive thinking to intentional, growth-oriented responses.

Participants will learn how to recognize limiting thought patterns, understand the emotional drivers behind workplace behavior, and apply simple yet powerful reframing techniques that improve communication, resilience, and performance.

This session bridges innovation and integration by translating mindset science into everyday HR practices - empowering professionals to influence culture, strengthen leadership, and support employee well-being in meaningful, measurable ways.

Learning Objectives
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  1. Identify common cognitive patterns and limiting beliefs that impact employee behavior, communication, and performance.
  2. Apply practical reframing techniques to help individuals and teams navigate stress, change, and workplace challenges more effectively.
  3. Integrate mindset-based strategies into HR practices to enhance resilience, engagement, and organizational culture.
